Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Marlene Richardson, who was recently a Workers' Compensation claims supervisor at Tristar Risk Management in Santa Ana, is now a supervisor at Intercare Insurance Service in Orange.  Marlene worked on the County of Los Angeles account at Tristar, which like Intercare, handles a section of the County contract. Therefore, her Tristar background well prepared her for her present role at Intercare on a different section of the Los Angeles county.

Janet Chessher is now a supervisor trainee at Tristar Risk Management in Santa Ana.   She must have slipped in behind Marlene Richardson.   

Terri Elsworth left Nordstrom's claims department to become a work comp liaison representative between DLD, an insurance broker in Irvine, and their workers' compensation clients.
