Nancy Solario is the new Training & Development Consultant at SRS (Specialty Risk Services) in Brea. She left Sedgwick CMS in Orange in August where she was the Claims Manager; and now, Helen Ching, who was Claims Manager at Keenan & Associates in Torrance, is the new Claims Manager at Sedgwick CMS in Orange.  Oscar Lemus who is now the Claims Manager at Keenan & Associates in Torrance, sees his former job at SRS of Training and Development Consultant now taken over by Nancy Solario.  

 

This is just like musical chairs with the exception that no chair gets taken away!   Conversely, there are more chairs than claims professionals in this present California market. 

 

Last but not least, someone is moving up rather than sideways.  Michelle Simpson-Myers has been promoted from Claims Examiner to Supervisor at Cambridge Integrated Services Group in Pasadena.
