She was just promoted in March 2025 at Aon from Managing Consultant, and is a Regulatory and Medical Management Thought Leader. She is centered in Houston, Texas, but works remotely. From 2001 to 2017, for almost 16 years, she was systems administrator on the LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) account and Vice-President of Client Services at Sedgwick CMS in Pasadena, California.

Martin Vega is now the National Director of Litigation and Subrogation at Benchmark Administrators in Ontario, California. He was a National Account Manager for three years, from April 2022 to March 2025.

She is a co-CEO and a partner-CEO with Beverly Hartin. Beverly founded Lien On Me in 1991.

She came up with the concept of specializing in resolving liens for workers’ compensation claims departments at that time before any company was specializing in lien resolution.

From 1985 to 1991, Beverly Hartin was the Claims Manager of Cypress Insurance Company in Pasadena, California.
