Tally ho!   You know that Rick Duggan only "temped" for a short while, as it has been reported to adjustercom.com through the grapevine that Rick is now the Claims Manager for the Workers' Compensation Claims Department at Atlantic Mutual in Orange. 

Rick for years was the Comp Claims Manager of Disney in Anaheim, but he resigned from there a couple of months ago, and now John Riggs is the Work Comp Claims Manager of Disney.   John was the Claims Manager of the 99 Cent Only Stores in Commerce until he landed the job at Disney about a month ago, after Rick's departure, of course.

Musical chairs has Dennis Greer, the former Claims Manager of Atlantic Mutual in Orange who left the spot open for Rick Duggan to slip into, without a chair at the moment; but he's not out of the game.   Dennis is planning to "temp around" for a while until he finds a management spot.

Gary Rodgers is now the Claims Manager of Octagon Risk Services claims department in their new Long Beach office.   Gary comes from Octagon's Encino office where he has been a supervisor; but now with a promotion he will be managing Long Beach where the Cal State University account claims will be handled.

Finally, up North, Bob Hartley is the California Region Liability Claims Manager of Zurich American in Rancho Cordova.    The Sacramento region is still booming.

And, speaking of booming, Zenith Insurance Company is still growing like a weed, as recently Cathey Jackson was hired in Woodland Hills as another Claims Manager for their Work Comp Claims Department.   Cathey is the former Claims Manager of Royal Sunalliance in Woodland Hills and Glendale.   

Whew!   There have been a lot of management actions and changes.. 

But, adjusters are also on the go: veteran adjuster Raul de la Rocha is back in the beautiful Simi Valley working Comp claims at Farmer's Insurance Company.   Raul was for a while in downtown L.A. adjusting for Crum & Forster, which is not a stone's throw from Simi Valley where he currently resides.

After a short and successful medical leave, Louise Mitchell is now working as a senior examiner at Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc., in Pasadena on the Fremont Workers' Compensation files.    Louise had been a supervisor recently at Crum & Forster in downtown Los Angeles.
