Jerry Harvey was admitted to the California Bar in 1972.  But, prior to that he was a workers' compensation claims adjuster who started out in the 1960s at State Compensation Insurance Fund and later worked at Fireman's Fund.  He was an adjuster for eight years. 

"Everybody had a good impression of him," said Ray Garcia, a retired hearing representative who very recently retired from The Zenith. "He was upfront and very professional. Very easy going. He wanted to turn over his cases."

Jerry's law firm was called Harvey & Epstein.  He and his partner, Harvey Epstein, had their offices at 5900 Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys, California for many years until Jerry moved to Santa Clarita about a year ago.
