Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Irene Hernandez is now the Branch Manager of Southern California Risk Management Association's (SCRMA's) new Orange County office in Santa Ana, California.

Irene just moved to SCRMA from Specialty Risk Services (SRS) in Brea where she was an Assistant Claims Manager on the Albertson's account.  Prior to her employment at SRS, Irene had an extensive background in management.  She was the Claims Manager of Ralph's in Compton back when Ralph's was self-administered, and prior to that she managed the Bank of America unit in the 1980s when she was at Bierly & Associates in Pasadena, California.

Linda Whitcomb is a supervisor now at this new Santa Ana SCRMA office.  Linda had been a supervisor at Sedgwick CMS in Orange.  Terry Deschamps is a senior examiner there with over 30 years of experience.  Also amongst the examiners are Kerry Hewitt, Mike Orr and Frances Harris, who recently worked at Intercare in Pasadena.
