Ed Herrera was promoted in 2007 to Claims Manager of the Costco dedicated claims department at Sedgwick Claims Management Services in Orange, California. Ed had formerly managed the Pepsi unit on a multi-state level, handling Hawaii and several other states. He handled the claims for Costco for Hawaii, which led to his connection to the Claims Manager position for Costco over 15 examiners and a claim inventory of 1500 files.
Mike Sleemers is now the claims manager of Cambridge Integrated Services Group in Santa Ana, California. Mike was recently and long term the claims manager of Chubb Services in Downtown Los Angeles.
Shelli Tickle is now a supervisor at Employers Direct Insurance Company in Agoura Hills, California. She is no longer with Employers Insurance Group in Newbury Park, California, where she was a supervisor of workers' compensation claims for quite some time.
Stephanie Tegtmeyer is now working as an examiner at Cambridge Integrated Services Group in Santa Ana under the management of Mike Sleemers, as a temporary claims worker. Stephanie was for 2.5 years working as a claims examiner at CNA in Brea, California, before moving over to Cambridge in June. She plans to go into another line of work, therefore prefers to be sincere with her future plans and work on a temp basis.
