Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Lanai Phoun-phun is now the workers' compensation claims manager of the Von's self-insured, self-administered claims department in Arcadia, California.  Lanai was most recently, just before joining Von's, with Intercare Insurance Services, where she worked in Irvine and also in Orange as the Regional Claims Manager.   Lanai joins Von's as the claims manager in Arcadia within a year after the death of Etiwanda Breland, who was claims manager for well over a decade.  Interum managers had been handling the department leading up to Lanai's hire just weeks ago.

C. T. Kelley is now the claims manager of Liability claims and all non-workers' compensation claims at G.A.B. in Sacramento, California.   C.T. was recently the work comp claims manager in Orange County of the former Crawford & Company claims department in Orange, and the Cambridge Integrated Services Group's former O.C. claims office.  C.T. did a temporary assignment at Frank Gates in Anaheim before going up to Sacramento.
