Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Kevin Oliphant is now the Operations Manager at Sedgwick CMS in Pasadena, California.  Kevin was for several years the Claims Manager of the Octagon Risk Services San Fernando Valley office, which very recently was purchased by Sedgwick.  Prior in his career, he had worked for The Travelers. 

Fernando Pla has now moved into Kevin Oliphant's former position as the Claims Manager of the Octagon, Van Nuys, California office over all the college accounts and non-Catholic Healthcare Center West accounts.  Vickie Cromer is the claims manager of the Catholic Healthcare Center West division.

Fernando Pla started at Octagon in the early 1990s and worked his way up from examiner to Supervisor.  Recently he transferred over to the Sales Department, but quickly returned to receive the promotion to Claims Manager.

Now just a couple of months after the take over of Octagon by Sedgwick CMS, James Soto, who was the Operations Manager at Sedgwick in Pasadena before Kevin stepped in, is now the Litigation Manager as well as the Manager of the Special Investigations Unit.
