Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Melody Tucker has just been promoted to Claims Manager from Unit Manager at Claims Management, Inc. in Rancho Cordova, California.  

Melody has over 25 years of claims experience, and started in the business at General Adjustment Bureau (GAB) back in 1977 in Northern California as a Medical Only clerk, after she and her late husband decided to move up from San Clemente, California.   She stayed at GAB for four years and then went to Mission Insurance Company for a couple of years and then wound up at Ballagher Bassett as a Supervisor from 1981 to 1990. 

After her husband died late in the year of 1992, Melody joined CMI in July of the following year.  Now, 13 years later, she is CMI's Claims Manager. 

Ms. Tucker has two daughters: one is a graphic designer in Seattle, and the youngest one also works at CMI.

In San Francisco at ACCA, Sue Karp-Simmons has accepted a Claims Manager position.    Sue comes to American Commercial Claims Administration from Crum & Forster in San Francisco where she was just a Supervisor.  She moved from Claims Specialist at TIG to Supervisor at Crum & Forster to Claims Manager at ACCA in under 8 months.
