The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced that its San Jose office will move to a new location on December 28, 2023:

San Jose, CA 95110
All office phone numbers will remain the same.
To accommodate the move, the San Jose district office will operate on a virtual basis on Thursday, December 28, and Friday, December 29. All in-person trials and expedited trials have been rescheduled. All conferences will proceed as scheduled on the AT&T Teleconference lines.
Parties may reach the San Jose district office on December 28 and December 29 by calling the main office phone number, (408) 277-1246.
All parties are encouraged to file documents electronically. Parties may also file documents through the US Mail. If parties need to file a document in person on December 28 and December 29, they may do so at the Oakland district office, located at 1515 Clay Street, 6th floor, Oakland, CA 94612-1519; phone number (510) 622-2866.
The San Jose district office will return to in-person operations on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
