The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) will hold an in-person public meeting in Oakland on Tuesday, July 18 at 10 a.m. until noon to hear input regarding an update to the Workers’ Compensation Audit regulations.
DWC invites all interested stakeholders, including insurers, attorneys, employers, injured workers and health care providers, to share their thoughts and suggestions. All aspects of the Audit regulations can be addressed. Each speaker will have up to five minutes to provide their comments. Written comments can also be submitted at the public meeting, email to DWCRules@dir.ca.gov, or mailed to:
