California Division of Workers' Compensation Posts Adjustments to Official Medical Fee Schedule (Hospital Outpatient Departments/Ambulatory Surgical Centers)

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 19 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. will be held on a virtual internet platform. Changes made to the Government Code by Senate Bill 189 (Statutes 2022, Chapter 48) allow public meetings to be conducted virtually through June 30, 2023.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda and related materials are posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage. DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
