California Division of Workers’ Compensation Posts Updated Time of Hire Notice

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has scheduled the next meeting of the  Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee on Wednesday, July 20 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Elihu M. Harris State Building, conference room #1 on the second floor, 1515 Clay Street in Oakland. The meeting is open to the public.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda and related materials are posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage. DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
