The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has scheduled the next meeting of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee on Tuesday, November 16 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. via video/audio conference. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Bill 361 (Statutes 2021, Chapter 165), the physical meeting location has been cancelled for November. The meeting is open to the public.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda and related materials are posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage.

DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
