California Division of Workers' Compensation Posts Adjustments to Official Medical Fee Schedule for Pathology and Clinical Laboratory

Sedgwick yesterday appointed Jim Ryan to a newly created position, that of Chief Operating Officer for the Americas. 

Ryan will oversee operations across all of Sedgwick’s lines of business in the western hemisphere.  He joined Sedgwick in 2011 and served as president of casualty operations.

Jim has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and claims management realm.  He possesses expertise in workers’ compensation, liability, and litigation. 

He stated in Sedgwick’s news release of September 30^th 2020:

“Throughout my time at Sedgwick, it has been an honor to establish meaningful partnerships with our colleagues, clients, and many market partners.  I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences and continuing to support the needs of Sedgwick’s operations across the Americas.”
