Dave North, veteran President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Sedgwick for more than 25 years, has now transitioned out of the positions of President and CEO to fully embrace the role of Sedgwick’s executive Chairman of the Board.

Mike Arbour, who’s been group president of global operations at Sedgwick, has been promoted to CEO.  He will also join the company’s board of directors. 

Bob Peterson, who’s been group president of sales and marketing, has been promoted to President.

“It has been the privilege of a lifetime to work for and lead Sedgwick for the past 25 years,” Dave said. “I am incredibly proud of the company that so many people have helped to build, as well as the successes and opportunities we have created for our colleagues and customers along the way.
