| | California Division of Workers’ Compensation Postpones Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) Public Hearing Scheduled for March 30th 2020 By Lonce Lamonte and the DWC Newsline - March 27, 2020
California has been frozen in place. Stay home. Shelter in place. Don’t go out unless it’s absolutely necessary. Like going to the grocery store and buying food.
So, not surprisingly, in compliance with these ongoing stay-at-home orders, the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has postponed the public hearing scheduled for Monday, March 30th at 10:00 a.m. for proposed evidence-based updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS). The public hearing and 30-day period to submit comments on the proposed regulatory changes will be rescheduled to a later date.
Please visit the Division’s website for updates on the COVID-19 crisis. https://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/
When you go out, wear your nose and mouth mask. All the pharmacies this writer went to multiple times were out of them, had ordered them, but did not know when the shipments would arrive. So, I made my own.
Good thing I know well how to sew.
Stay safe. Take all precautions.
