George Hills Co. Inc., a third-party administrator based in Rancho Cordova, California, has acquired Sebastopol, California based Trinity Adjustors Inc., dba Risk Management Services Inc.

Risk Management Services provides claims administration and adjusting to public entities. The acquisition expands George Hills’ presence in the claims management market in the California public sector.  The lines handled are mostly general liability, products liability, and property claims.

According to John Chaquica, George Hills CEO, the company has expanded most recently in the Southern California market and now is continuing to strengthen its position in northern California.

Risk Management Services is a small company that began almost 30 years ago, has about 10 staff members, and provides claims handling, investigations, litigation management and representation during settlement conferences for property and liability claims.
