Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Muehl, APC will become, effective January 1, 2016, Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Helphrey, APC. The Stockwell firm is proud to announce the retirement of Edward S. Muehl, the Orange County office managing attorney and to now appoint Scott T. Jelensky as the manager of that office.
Edward S. Muehl was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975 and joined the Stockwell Firm in 1986. Stockwell thanks and honors Mr. Muehl for his nearly 30 years of work and dedication to the success of the firm. Edward Muehl now looks forward to a new future with the satisfaction of his three decades of service.
Scott T. Jelensky, who is currently a vice present and a managing attorney, will move from San Bernardino to Orange County. Scott was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and has a wide range in his areas of practice: workers’ compensation, subrogation, personal injury, construction defect, and estate planning.
Eric Helphrey has been a vice president and the managing attorney in the Stockwell Sacramento office. He graduated from Cal State University, Sacramento and received his J.D. degree from Lincoln Law School; he was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998. He joined Stockwell in 2002 and now the Stockwell Firm is proud to embrace him as a name partner.

Now Peter S. Kim has been appointed manager of the San Bernardino office. Peter did his undergraduate work at UCLA and went to the University of San Diego for his J.D. degree. He passed the California Bar in 2001 and joined the Stockwell Firm in 2005.
