Genex Services Acquires Alpha Review Corp. By News Release - December 3, 2015
Genex Services has acquired Alpha Review Corp. headquartered In Naperville, Illinois. Alpha Review Corp. is a medical bill review provider. There is no information at this time about what was paid or required in the deal.
The Alpha Review Corp. team will remain in their Naperville location and continue to operate under the Alpha Review Corp. This statement was released on Monday, November 30th by Pennsylvania-based Genex Services.
“Alpha Review is widely recognized as an outstanding bill review firm with excellent customer service and high-industry regard,” Delphia Frisch, executive vice president/chief operating officer of Genex Services said in the statement. “We look forward to having the Alpha Review employees become part of our broader organization and supplementing our continuum of managed care services.”
