| | Ronald Grusd, Radiologist, Facing More Federal Charges. Being Defended by Richard Moss, Well Known Fraud Doctor Defense Lawyer.

A federal case being heard this morning in downtown San Diego federal court involves many unnamed defendants referred to as chiropractors and other medical business owners, but one identified is Ronald Grusd, a radiologist.
Ronald Grusd was raided by the Los Angeles Police Department a little over four years ago. Adjustercom ran an article about Grusd’s practice being poised to sell ten million dollars in receivables to a Medical Lien Financial Group, but the meeting got waylaid due to the police shutting down the business on that day to conduct their search.
Grusd had just a year prior settled with the federal government allegations of Medicare fraud.
It is believed by this writer that Grusd is now being defended by attorney Richard Moss, the same lawyer who with his partner, Bill Fleming, is representing Sim Hoffman.
The Sim Hoffman, M.D. case—interesting coincidence he’s another radiologist—will continue on Thursday in Orange County Superior Court, room C-62.
This morning at 8:30 am, the Criminal Organization Munir Uwaydah case is being heard in downtown Los Angeles on the infamous ninth floor, court room 109 with the Honorable Kathleen Kennedy.
