Leslie Dilbeck has just joined iRatings based in San Diego, California, in the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. iRatings, LLC is a consulting firm that provides the service of Impairment Validation for workers’ compensation claims.
Leslie just recently wrote in her Linked-In Profile: “I am excited to say that I have joined iRatings as VP of Sales and Marketing! Impairment rating review ensures accurate PD/PPD payouts, and I am happy to help make that happen!”
Leslie is regarded as an industry leader in the field of impairment assessment. She will now in her new position be working to expand iRatings' services on a national basis. She will interact directly with clients, including workers’ compensation insurance carriers, brokers, third party administrators, and self-insured employers. She will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for workers’ compensation markets across the nation.
For the past three years, from 2009 to just last month, she had been working for Impairment Resources, LLC, which was formerly called Brigham & Associates, as Vice President of Client Relations. Her prior positions with Brigham & Associates were as a Senior Consultant and the Director of Impairment Services.
In 1995 and 1996, she worked as a workers’ compensation claims examiner for Golden Eagle Insurance, and then again she came back as an examiner to Golden Eagle from 1998 to 2000. From 1996 to 1998 she handled the workers’ comp claims for National Steel and Shipbuilding Company.
Leslie was educated at Point Loma Nazarene University and at the University of California, San Diego.
