Where's Munir? Part IV. Workers' Compensation Treating Doctor And Alleged Subject Of Interest Behind The Murder of Juliana Redding Must Be Somewhere.

Juliana Maureen Redding, born October 25th 1986 in Dallas, Texas, was viciously murdered on March 16th 2008 in Santa Monica, California. Kelly Soo Park, an “executive assistant” to orthopedic surgeon Munir Uwaydah, M.D., was arrested with Ronnie Case for that murder in late June 2010, just before Dr. Uwaydah "went on vacation". While Ronnie Case was later released, Kelly Soo Park received a call in the jail from her sister who promised “Munir is working on getting you out”.
Well, guess what Kelly, our question still stands: “Where’s Munir?” The Santa Monica Police Department and Detective Karen Thompson and District Attorney Alan Jackson told Judge Schwarz that the prosecution’s interest in Munir is “extreme”. They raised your bail and froze three bank accounts thought to be the well from which the tainted money was drawn.
You know the accounts. The ones which payroll that expensive real estate, numerous girlfriends, lavish meals, chartered jet, limo driver, “ad nauseum” just as Munir’s attorneys Benjamin and Henry Fenton stated about my alleged list of libelous statements in his Civil Complaint against adjustercom.com filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 22nd 2010.
So get comfortable Kelly Soo Park, looks like Munir aint coming back and you might have a date not long from now with a needle while strapped to a gurney.
It used to be that the truth was an absolute defense to a libel charge according to the U. S. Supreme Court. Apparently the Supremes are no longer in favor. This story is and always will be about the murder of Juliana Redding.
Yes, adjustercom.com has recently been sued civilly for “libel” and “intentional infliction of emotional distress” by Munir Uwaydah, M.D. thru the legal offices of Fenton Nelson near Beverly Hills, California. Does Fenton Nelson do a lot of pro bono work for indigent doctors who are on extended vacations overseas?
While the plaintiff filed this civil complaint per the Civil Code, to date he has not served it on adjustercom.com and Lonce LaMon. Why? Well, seems Mr. Fenton’s client is still “on vacation”, whereabouts unknown per Fenton. He’s been on vacation for some time now, ever since Kelly Soo Park went into the slammer. adjustercom.com has confirmed that not only has adjustercom.com received cease and desist letters from Uwaydah’s attorneys via fax, email, and snail mail, but similar cease and desist letters have also gone out to other media outlets.
So, is Munir so grandiose in his narcissism that he has illusions of grandeur of shutting down the entire world Press? Is he so inflated in his power fantasy that he dreams of grinding to a halt all global network communications broadcasting the truth about him?
Maybe Munir is waiting for the criminal trial of Kelly Soo Park to blow over and her appeals to be exhausted? Hum, in California, that could take a decade, maybe longer. Also, Munir has other pending current litigation in numerous jurisdictions which needs to be timely defensed. If not, it could be default judgment time. Is there enough Munir money to cover all these legal expenses?
As Munir Uwaydah, M.D. was discharged in bankruptcy in 2005, it’s at least another year before he can file again, if at all. So who is going to pay the legal bills between now and then?
Check out his last bankruptcy petition. How many law firms got stiffed in that petition? He also included his own father in the bankruptcy filing. Who does that? “Dad, can I borrow $5.00 and the car tonight? I’ll pay you back after I cut the lawn this weekend”.
So, don't cut the lawn, don’t pay Dad back, just include him in the bankruptcy petition and get on to the next town. There are lawsuits in Van Wert, Ohio, and every other town in which he’s lived. In Van Wert he was sued by an attorney for reneging on an agreement to appear as an expert witness. The attorney won a $12,000.00 judgment but the real damage was to that attorney’s client. The federal breach of contract filing was also filed in Van Wert, Ohio. Prior adjustercom.com columns, which are alleged to be libelous, which Munir demands we retract and remove from the Internet, actually quoted extensively from that written decision by a federal district judge in the General Electric CAT scanner disappearance case. If anyone has a cause of action, it’s the federal judge for copyright infringement, but we claim the protection of the “fair use” doctrine.
The bottom line is that adjustercom.com stands behind its sources and declines to retract or take down prior articles. In fact, we have accelerated the investigation and have found some very interesting young ladies who tell a repetitive tale about Munir’s exploitations and abuses of them. We also have it from an authoritative source that the Santa Monica Police Department are also aware of these young ladies and have also interviewed them at length.
As for the charge that the prior articles were meant to destroy Munir’s medical practices, that is laughable. Juliana Redding was killed in 2008, and all the other conduct pre-dated the publications of our articles. If he harmed his reputation, it was a self inflicted wound having nothing whatsoever to do with adjustercom.com.
However, if Munir believes that adjustercom.com did him harm and engaged in malice, please serve the civil complaint and let’s get to litigating. We look forward to setting Munir’s deposition in discovery to explore these alleged “general, special and punitive damages”.
As I am sure you readers know, there will be some guys in the deposition hallway in dark suits, sunglasses, with bulges under their arms. Suffice to say that those guys would not be our security force. There will also be lots of media asking to sit in on the depo, which we will demand be videotaped. And by the way, the trial wouldn't be in downtown Los Angeles. As adjustercom.com is venued in Simi Valley, we would ask for a change of venue to Simi Valley.
adjustercom.com never stated or implied that Hezbollah is protecting Munir in the Madam Curie Residences in downtown Beirut, Lebanon, where his parents lived. Hezbollah are militant idealists and terrorists intent on pushing Israel into the sea and taking back Palestine.
Finally, for the record, neither Lonce LaMon nor myself, Larry Kennedy, have ever met Munir Uwaydah, handled any of his liens, or had any personal dealings with him.
As an accredited Internet based publisher, the murder of Juliana Redding is of extreme public interest to our adjustercom.com readers, and Munir’s voluntary, unexplained payments to Kelly Soo Park have rendered him an involuntary public figure in this heinous crime.
Accordingly, until a judge of general jurisdiction tells us to “cease and desist” and take down the articles, this journalistic investigation continues. If ordered to “cease and desist”, we will appeal. Please rest assured there are numerous media who will submit amicus curiae briefs.
