| | Mark Rodriguez, Recent Claims Manager Of Farmer John, Dies Of Complications From The Flu By Lonce LaMon - November 25, 2009Mark Rodriguez, who was most recently the Workers' Compensation Claims Manager of Farmer John / Hormel Corporation, in Los Angeles, before they ceased to be self-administered earlier this year, died on Saturday, November 21st 2009. He died of apparent complications from the flu.
Mark was born in 1958, so he was 51 years old. He lived in Monterey Park, California, and his formal name was Marco Antonio Rodriguez.
He started working at Farmer John in 2005 and just prior to that he was a hearing rep at California Indemnity in Burbank. Prior to Cal Indemnity, he was a Senior Claims Examiner at Von's in Arcadia, California, and previous to that he was a temporary examiner in various places.
Mark attended Loyola Marymount University where he earned a B.A. degree, and he also attended American College of Law where he earned a J.D. degree. Mark was also a well known IEA Instructor.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Alphonsus Church at 532 So. Atlantic Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90022, 323 264-3353 telephone, at 9 am on Monday, November 30th 2009. A Vigil and Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 29th, at Guerra Gutierrez Mortuary.
