| | Oscar Lemus Launches New Firm: Claim Network Services, LLC. By Lonce LaMon - October 27, 2009Oscar Lemus, whose career in workers' compensation claims extends back to 1993, has started a company called Claim Network Services, LLC, for the purpose of providing three services to the workers' compensation claims industry in Southern California: Training, Auditing, and Marketing.
Lemus' business is located in Huntington Beach, California, and now services the entire Southern California territory, specifically.
Oscar was the Training & Development Manager at The Hartford, Specialty Risk Services in Brea, from the year 2000 to 2004. Now, he is seeking clients for whom he can provide in-house training, in order to work for them in making sure every adjuster is compliant with the state of California's continuing eduation requirements.
His first class is called: Taking Ownership Of Your Caseload. This class is designed for the new adjuster and especially for the adjuster who has just been assigned a new case load. One of the focuses of this class will be to identity "closings" as soon as possible, meaning, identifying the characteristics which indicate that a case can be brought to closure expeditiously. The class will also identify techniques for cross referencing files that need to be looked at.
The second class now available is called The Practical Labor Code. Lemus teaches this class in order for the work comp adjuster student to gain greater understanding of how to use the Labor Code more effectively. He breaks down the Labor Code into sections, and starts with an overview of understanding the section numbers.
Next, Claim Network Services offers claims reviews and audits. Lemus believes it's a valuable service to review a case load and identify which claims can be closed, and which ones can turn catastrophic.
Then, he offers marketing service to the vendors in the work comp claims industry--those who want their work better known by the industry and are looking to expand upon their name recognition. Oscar Lemus speaks of "breaking bread together"--bringing parties together to work. He has the latest QME database and is ready to identify more potential medical providers to attorneys, both defense and applicant.
Claim Network Services, LLC, can be found on the Internet at www.claimnetworkservices.com. Oscar Lemus's email address is olemus@claimnetworkservices.com and his phone number is 714 369 3537.
