Amanda Manukian, managing attorney of the Floyd Skeren and Kelley law office in Pasadena, will discuss fraud investigations and their effect before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Martin Gonzalez, a senior fraud investigator with the state Department of Insurance, will speak on the fraud referral process.

The conference is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel-LAX, 1440  East Imperial Highway, El Segundo, California.
