Claudia Bird is the new Claims Manager of the Workers' Compensation claims department of Crum & Forster in Downtown Los Angeles at 725 So. Figueroa Street.  Claudia recently was employed by CNA Insurance, but prior to that had a long tenure as a Claims Manager with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, and had worked in the now closed Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario location. The previous Claims Manager, Savannah Greene, is no longer with Crum & Forster and is not presently known to be working anywhere else.  One veteran Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner who has been in Work Comp claims in California for over 20 years said through the grapevine, "She went home." 

Ray Garcia, who was a hearing representative at Fremont Compensation Insurance Company recently, and prior to that goes way back as a Supervisor at Mission Insurance Company in Los Angeles, is now working in the Medical Management Department of Zenith Insurance Company in Woodland Hills negotiating and defending liens.  Colleen Woolsey, who just left her Work Comp Claims Supervisor position at Cambridge Integrated Services Group in Pasadena, is now working in claims at Employers Compensation Insurance Company in Glendale.

Speaking of Employers Compensation, Sharon Woo has left Employers Compensation in Glendale where she was an examiner and is now working in some capacity in Work Comp Claims at Cambridge in Pasadena.  It appears that she and Colleen Woolsey may have done a "switcheroo".  But, maybe not...  :-)
