| | Zurich NA New Brea Claims Office Has Three CD Managers By Pauline Grant - March 25, 2004Zurich North American's new claims office in Brea, California , has three construction defect claims managers: Mae Chappel, Harold Maske, and David Gardner. The assistant vice-president of CD claims is Scott Struble, as I reported just a few weeks ago.
They are air tight in that office about the names and identities of any of the new CD adjusters. They must be leary of headhunters, or something worse, because I couldn't get anybody to tell me what new CD adjusters work there--at this new Brea office which just opened on March 8th. I even tried calling up random extensions, thinking I would get some adjuster to answer, but all the extensions except for those of the AVP and claims managers have generic voice mail greetings. Man, those headhunters must be sharks on a feeding frenzy. Or else, they're afraid of the claimants.
Alisha Brown is a Southern California Workers' Compensation claims adjuster who just left Keenan & Associates in Torrance and is now a claims administrator at Octagon Risk Services in West Los Angeles. Also in that same office, another new adjuster has been hired: Rory Aubrey. Rory comes from Integrated Claims Administrators in Torrance, and prior to that she worked for Crum & Forster in Downtown Los Angeles.
