| | Cecilia Hernandez Star Teacher And Fill-In Examiner By Pauline Grant - March 8, 2004Cecilia Zapien-Hernandez teaches the Workers' Compensation Claims Industry as the head instructor of Adjuster Academy, and also fills-in for claims departments in crisis between her semesters. On Monday, March 8th, she will start working again as a temporary Senior Claims Examiner for FARA (F.A. Richard and Associates) in Long Beach as a "temp" senior claims examiner. FARA is delighted with Cecilia's claims work, and hires her whenever she is between semesters at Adjuster Academy.
Scott Struble has been promoted from Claims Supervisor to Assistant Vice President within Zurich American as he moves from the Glendale office of Zurich American to the new Brea Office, opening March 8th in Brea, California, at 3230 Imperial Highway in Brea, California. Scott is opening that office with a case load of Construction Defect Claims, and a staff of adjusters handling predominantly just construction claims.
Struble has been recently in the Glendale office and will most likely be hiring more Construction Defect Adjusters imminently. Starting with a career in Arizona with CNA, Scott has only been in California for 10 years, and has worked for Zurich for most of those 10 years with only a brief stint at Gerling American after arriving in California ten years ago.
Scott Struble believes the talent pool in the Brea area in terms of developed experience with Construction Defect Claims will be to his advantage in managing and developing his new Brea claims department office.
