Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Betsy Griffith, a Supervisor of Claims for Intercare Insurance Services in Pasadena, CA, has been promoted to a Manager and transferred to Intercare's Irvine Office.  Lani Phoun-Phun, the current Claims Manager of Intercare's Irvine office, has been promoted to Regional Manager, and will be starting up a brand new Orange Office on January 2, 2004.

Intercare will be handling more files for the California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) and will handle a section of the County of Los Angeles's claims in their new Orange office.

Joyce Shulman, a veteran claims manager of the Workers' Compensation Claims Industry in California, is now a Vice President of Claims at a new company called Employers' Direct located in Westlake Village, CA.  

Yolanda James, a twenty year veteran Work Comp Claims examiner and resident of Thousand Oaks, will start a new year with a new job as a Senior Claims Examiner at Farmers' Insurance Company in Simi Valley.
