| | What Changed This Year In Claims Management For Workers' Compensation

Michael Kosten, the Executive Director of workers’ compensation for Fox in Century City, has now been titled Vice President of Workers’ Compensation. Next year he will hold more responsibilities and will be given more work on Newscorp business rather than just on Fox. He oversees all workers’ compensation claims handled by Gallagher Bassett.
Toneta Snyder is now the claims manager of Zurich North American in Woodland Hills, California. She was promoted up from Claims Supervisor as Lisa Schorfheide, the former claims manager, has moved on.
Carlos Roldan left Intercare Insurance Services in Roseville, California, where he was the workers’ compensation claims manager. He is now claims manager at Guard Insurance Company in Rancho Cordova.
Lanai Phoun-phun is back with Intercare Insurance Services in Orange, California. She was the claims manager there in Orange some years ago, then left for a couple of years and became claims manager of Von’s in Arcadia. But, now she’s back once more as the Orange Intercare claims manager. Kathy Burris, the prior most recent claims manager, has moved into the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.
Brian Scheuer was with The Travelers for 20 years. He’s now the claims manager of The Hartford claims department in Rancho Cordova, California.
