| | Experienced Workers' Comp Claims Supervisor, Kristin Wilson, Now A Claims Analyst With Keenan
By Lonce LaMon - October 6, 2010Kristin Wilson, a resident of Ontario, California, and a recent former workers’ compensation claims supervisor with York Insurance Services Group in Upland, started working as a claims analyst on September 27th for Keenan & Associates out of their Riverside, California office.
As a claims analyst, Kristin is now working as the liaison professional between the claims team and the account. She will participate in file reviews and will act in an extensive communications role as a claims expert to serve many Keenan clients. She reports to the Southern Regional Service Manager, Duetta Langevin.
Kristin was a claims supervisor with Bragg & Associates before Bragg was purchased by York during 2009, at which time all the California Bragg offices turned into York ISG offices. During that same time period, York purchased Southern California Risk Management Associates (SCRMA) and the former Bragg office where Kristin was employed merged into the former SCRMA office in Upland.
In 2005, she was also a claims supervisor with Hazelrigg Risk Management.
Kristin Wilson started in claims at Kemper Insurance Company back in the 1980s shortly after graduating from USC.
