Linda was most recently, as of just over a month ago, with Cambridge Integrated Services Group (now Xchanging) in San Diego, until just after the announcement was made of that office's closure. She had been a Cambridge Supervisor for about one year.
Prior to Cambridge, Linda Ritchie, previously known as Linda Pellegrine, was a Manager, Supervisor, and a Claims Examiner while with Insurance Company of the West for a duration of 10 years. She started in claims at Aetna in Redlands, California, in 1991.
Don Grant is now with PrimeCare Managed Care, Inc., located in the Pasadena area of California. PrimeCare is a Medical Management Company which offers services to claims departments of Nurse Case Management, Utilization Review, Bill Review and other closely related medical management care services. Don is now the Vice President of Marketing for PrimeCare after a 30-year-career as a Claims Professional.
Don started as a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster in 1978 at Industrial Indemnity Company in Los Angeles. By 1984, he was the Claims Manager of the Metro Unit at Industrial Indemnity (I.I.). Then, when Fremont Indemnity bought I.I. in 1997, Don transitioned into employment with Fremont. In 2005, he joined Berkshire Hathaway in Pasadena as the Vice President of Claims. He left Berkshire Hathaway around late 2007/early 2008. So now Don works for PrimeCare, which is a stable company which has long been in business and is owned by businesswoman Carole DeLisle. |
