Tracy Calhoun promoted to Vice President of Training and Compliance at Intercare.

Michael Misa has been promoted to Claims Manager from Claims Supervisor at GAB-Robins in Ontario, California.   Mike joined GAB just last year after working for a time at Ford Motor Company overseeing their workers’ compensation claims for the Western Region.   Prior to Ford he was with Fleming & Associates for over a decade where he was also a Claims Manager.

Bruce Miller now works for Intercare Insurance Services out of their Pasadena office as their Vice President of Claims Operations.  Bruce was with Colen & Lee most recently, and prior to Colen & Lee had a long career with Bierly & Associates. 

Betty Van Holten is now the Associate Claims Manager of Travelers in Diamond Bar, California.   Betty recently was an assistant VP with Fireman’s Fund in Tustin, where she started working at the beginning of this decade.  Now she is working with Annette Ball, who is the Claims Manager of Travelers’ Diamond Bar office.  The Travelers’ Insurance Company is no longer using their former recent name of St. Paul-Travelers, but has reduced it to just The Travelers.
