The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. P&T Committee members will attend the meeting remotely on a virtual internet platform that may also be accessed by the public. In addition, DWC will host a physical location for members of the public who may wish to access the virtual meeting in person at the Oakland state building.
The meeting is open to the public and can be accessed remotely or in-person.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee is established pursuant to Labor Code section 5307.29 as an advisory body to consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary. Government Code section 11123.5 authorizes public meetings of advisory bodies to be conducted virtually through December 31, 2025, and requires the agency to provide a physical meeting location where members of the public may physically attend, observe, hear and participate in the video/audio online meeting.

The meeting agenda and related materials are posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage. DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
