By Lonce Lamonte, adjustercom editor using DWC Newsline's News Release Dated April 15, 2025 - April 15, 2025

The Division of Workers' Compensation today provided a reminder of application requirements for the Return To Work Supplement Program (RTWSP)

The application shall contain the individual's first name, last name, and middle name, Social Security number of tax ID number, address, telephone number and email address, if available, and the ADJ number of any workers' compensation cases filed by the individual, and the individual shall submit a .pdf or .tiff of the Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit (SJDB) Voucher as an attachment to the application. The application shall indicate whether the individual is a California resident or a non-resident.

In accordance the California Code of Regulations, title 8, Section 17306, applications that do not meet these requirements will be denied.

Recommended best practices for applications are:

*Triple check all information before submission
