California's Division of Workers' Compensation Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting Scheduled for July 16, 2025

The Administrative Director of the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) issued an Order dated October 1, 2024 adjusting the Hospital Outpatient Departments and Ambulatory Surgical Centers section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS) to conform to the quarterly changes in the Medicare payment system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1. Subsequently, on October 2, 2024, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued revised fee schedule documents for the October update.

The updated order dated October 8, 2024 adopting the OMFS adjustments is effective for services rendered on or after October 1, 2024 and is posted on the DWC website’s OMFS page.
