The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) today announced that its San Bernardino district office will be temporarily closed for approximately six to eight weeks beginning Monday, July 22, 2024, due to excessive heat and needed repairs to a currently inoperable air conditioning system.
Please check the San Bernardino district office page for regular status updates during this closure.
If you have a trial set at this office, please call the assigned judge’s conference line, unless instructed otherwise.
For additional information or questions please contact the DWC Information Services Center at 1-800-736-7401. The DWC Information Services Center will also be available to assist unrepresented injured workers who would otherwise contact San Bernardino’s Information and Assistance Unit.
All parties are encouraged to file documents electronically. Parties may also file documents through the US Mail. If parties need to file a document in person, they may do so at either the Riverside district office, located at 3737 Main Street, Suite 300, Riverside, CA 92501-3337; phone number 951-782-4269, or the Pomona district office, located at 732 Corporate Center Drive, Pomona, CA 91768-2653, phone number 909-623-4301.
Parties may also file walk-through documents at the Riverside or Pomona offices.
