California Division of Workers' Compensation Posts Adjustments to Official Medical Fee Schedule (DMEPOS)

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has scheduled the next meeting of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee on Wednesday, January 20th from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. via video/audio conference.  The meeting is open to the public.

In accordance with Executive Order N-29-20, and Executive Order N-33-20, the physical meeting location has been cancelled for January.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee was established by Assembly Bill No. 1124 (2015) as an advisory body that will consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda and related materials are posted on the DWC P&T Committee webpage.

DWC welcomes comment from the public on the formulary drug list. All correspondence should be directed to Formulary@dir.ca.gov.
