Workers Compensation Bill 2024: One percent of employee’s salary to contribute to workers’ compensation fund in Kenya.

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has scheduled the first Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting on Wednesday, September 26 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Elihu M. Harris State Building, conference room #1 on the second floor, 1515 Clay Street in Oakland.The meeting is open to the public.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee was established by Assembly Bill No. 1124 (2015) as an advisory body that will consult with the DWC Administrative Director on updates to the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) drug formulary.

The meeting agenda is posted on the DWC MTUS drug formulary web page.
