California Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Landmark Medical By Lonce LaMon - April 29, 2015
Just now it has been communicated that the Petition For Review submitted to the California Supreme Court by the defense in the Landmark Medical case being heard in Orange County Superior Court has been granted.
The matter of the denied demurrers by the Superior Court has been transferred back to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its previous order denying the petition for writ of mandate and to issue an alternative writ to be heard before that court.
In February 2015, this Court of Appeal summararily denied the writ.
Now the stay previously issued by the Supreme Court will remain in effect pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
