California Division of Workers' Compensation Posts Adjustments to Official Medical Fee Schedule for Pathology and Clinical Laboratory

San Diego, California  Heggeness, Sweet, Simington & Patrico, A P.C. announced on March 6th 2015 the firm's Shareholders and Board of Directors approved a name change.

The firm’s new name, Patrico, Hermanson & Guzman, A P.C. (PHG) took effect immediately.

The firm leadership agreed the new name best reflects the expansion of the firm’s executive leadership team while honoring its 40-year history of providing California employers, municipalities, third party administrators, and insurance companies with cutting edge handling of their workers’ compensation claims.
