Tim Cloney, who was the manager of Investigation Solutions, Inc.’s Auto and Workers’ Compensation Special Investigations Unit for California, has now been promoted to Director. Now Tim will direct the field investigations for all lines of business.
Investigation Solutions Inc. (ISI) is owned by American Claims Management (ACM) based in San Diego, California. ISI is a national multi-line field adjusting and investigation company.
“As the new Director, my goal is to grow ISI into a nationally recognized investigation company by providing timely and high quality investigation and SIU services. Our clients can be assured that all suspected fraud claims are being thoroughly investigated when appropriate,” Tim stated in a press release distributed this morning.
Tim Cloney is a retired highway patrol officer and has 25 years of experience in the claims industry. He started in claims as a Commercial Liability Claims Adjuster for Nationwide Insurance. He then became the Supervisor of Field Investigations for Liberty Mutual and then Regional Investigation Manager for Gates McDonald.
For 12 years starting at the turn of the millennium, Tim owned a private investigation company focused on workers’ compensation, liability, and fraud investigation services. He has coauthored training modules on liability and workers’ compensation for Liberty Mutual and the California Department of Insurance.
Tim has connections with district attorneys and law enforcement professionals. Scott Marshall, the Chief Executive Officer of American Claims Management, issued the statement, “Tim was promoted as a result of his decades of experience in law enforcement and property casualty investigations. His connections with DA’s and the Department of Insurance, plus his ability to attract and retain new clients, will help position ISI for continued growth.”
