The company’s vision of technological transformation goes beyond new systems. Hallman and his team have focused on training staff to maximize the company’s investment in its technology infrastructure.
These efforts helped EMPLOYERS’ revenue grow by more than 30 percent in 2012 while holding its expenses relatively flat.
“Over the years EMPLOYERS has successfully instilled a work culture throughout the organization that emphasizes technological innovation, investment and best practices,” said Dave Archer, president and chief executive officer of NCET. “The ability to translate these themes into actionable results is a big reason for the continued success of EMPLOYERS and we are honored to induct the EMPLOYERS team into the NCET Entrepreneurship and Technology Hall of Fame.”
“This is an incredible accomplishment and recognition of the entire team’s hard work and the positive impact it has had on our company,” said Hallman. “We are honored to be receiving this award from NCET.”
