Patriot National Insurance Group announced yesterday that its subsidiary, Guarantee Insurance Company, will begin writing workers' compensation insurance in Michigan.
The addition of Michigan increases Guarantee's presence in the Midwestern States and further supports the company's nationwide expansion plan.

Since its acquisition by Patriot in 2003, Guarantee has developed industry-leading expertise in the utilization of segregated portfolio captives, agency captives, and other risk sharing workers' compensation insurance programs. Guarantee Insurance Company believes that developing risk-sharing and profit sharing relationships with agents, and their clients, is one of the best ways for all parties to benefit mutually from a profitable book of business.
John Travis, Midwest Regional Vice President of Patriot National Insurance Group said, "We are excited about expanding into Michigan. We believe there are many outstanding independent agencies in Michigan and we are looking for a few select partners. Patriot provides excellent customer service, which is key to our success."
Patriot National Insurance Company maintains a West Coast Headquarters in Woodland Hills, California on Burbank Boulevard where workers’ compensation claims are handled.
