Anderson held many positions during his thirty years with Crawford.  His positions progressed in responsibility from Branch Manager, to Regional Vice President, to Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for Crawford Claims Services.  His claims expertise is in liability, property, and workers’ compensation.  His forte is sales and marketing, financial planning and analysis, with product development, process management, claims and risk management services.

North American Risk Services, also known as NARS, handles property and casualty claims along with workers’ compensation.  They have claims offices in Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey and Nevada where they handle claims for all 50 states.   Three of the offices, excluding Boston, handle some workers’ comp.  California workers’ compensation claims are handled out of both the Las Vegas office and the corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida.  NARS on this past Tuesday just held their California workers’ compensation seminar in Altamonte Springs for maintaining their California certifications. 

O.L. Anderson’s counterpart on the West Coast is Geoff Griffin, who is based in Seattle.  Griffin also coincidentally worked at Crawford & Company for a period of time before joining NARS in November of 2009.
