Are You Ready For EAMS?
By Floyd, Skeren & Kelly - November 18, 2008

Monday, November 17, 2008 the new Division of Workers' Compensation - Court Administrator Regulations, Disability Evaluation Unit (DEU) and Retraining and Return to Work Unit (RRTW) Regulations will become effective for Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

What is EAMS?

EAMS is a computer based system created to improve the Division of Workers' Compensation Case Management.  The system allows information to be shared among multiple users at different access points and levels.  This will streamline the process of creating files, setting up hearings, and serving orders, decisions and awards.

LET US HELP YOU!

Monday, November 17, 2008 the new Division of Workers' Compensation - Court Administrator Regulations, Disability Evaluation Unit (DEU) and Retraining and Return to Work Unit (RRTW) Regulations will become effective for Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

Andrea Coletto and Renee Sherman of the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren & Kelly are members of the EAMS External User Train the Trainers How To Group.  As such, they work closely with the DWC EAMS Team for the purposes of testing and functionality improvement of the EAMS system and the forms.  They are in constant communication with the DWC EAMS E-Forms Trial Administrator and the Legislation and Policy Chief.

If you and your staff are interested in training regarding EAMS, OCR filing, and E-filing, please call or email, as follows:
