Time For Independence From Fraud

"As Larry Rogak points out, in New York fraud against an insurer is legal if it's not caught in time."
This month's issue of ZIFL explains the illogical reasoning of the New York courts, why a $6.3 Million Fraud only resulted in an order of restitution and probation, how fraud increased the cost of a hailstorm. .

"Remember," Mr. Zalma explained "insurance fraud in the US takes over $100 billion every year from those who honestly pay insurance premiums. Insurance will become more affordable if the insurers, police and prosecutors in the United States make a serious effort to arrest, try and convict those who defraud insurers and the insurance buying public."
